Huawei u.s.a customer service reps are not that bad. Management is however not willing to follow through and stand behind its defective product. They are argumentative and quite frankly amateurish. Stay clear of this brand!

After two weeks I am still waiting on a shipping label to have my 6P repaired, not to mention their estimate of 30 days to have it repaired once they receive it. So far I have made three phone calls to customer service with at least thirty minutes of hold timing...

If you still have not gotten the label, you probably won't. They cancel RMAs on a whim and don't inform people with they do it. You have my empathy. Been there.
