I have been using Huawei watches, I have GT2 and GT3 models. I have some issues with the watch, ie sleep monitor is not showing correctly, and also want to know whether I could buy watch faces online.
Paid watch faces. I could not find any service centres or customer service centres in India. Whatever the numbers mentioned in the Huawie website is not correct. All the numbers are wrong numbers.
I understand from Huawei mobile service centres that Huawei do not have service or customer service centres in India. Is that true. If there are service centres, please share the addresses and contact phone numbers.

Hello, I have owned a huawei watch gt 2 since October 2020, its warranty was for 2 years from purchase, in December 2021 I had a problem with the watch, the vibration was not working. At the local Huawei customer service center in Greece they repaired my watch for free as it was still under warranty.
Until October 4, 2023 the clock was working fine. As I decided to start swimming (until that moment I had never put the watch in water) I tested the watch in the pool to record my training. But to my regret I found that when I got home the watch was not working. I spoke to the local service center again and they said that the warranty has expired as it has been 2 years from the date of purchase and that from the date of repair there is nothing extra on it.
When I took the initiative to open it (after being told that it is not under warranty) and what I found was that the service center when they fixed it for me had not installed the sealing rubber properly so that from the point that it was not installed properly it took the watch in moisture. I am very disappointed with the result, as I am not responsible for the damage and that I was left without a watch due to the fault of the local Huawei service center in Greece.
Preferred solution: To repair the watch or to give me a new on.

Weak customer services and complain team
It is really disappointed to find customer service repeat and handle issues like IVR & reboot working with big company like Huawei, even if you speak with a leader, i ordered Huawei matepad air 11.5inch lte 2099 AED, since 15 December 2023 and after 5 days of follow up calls, the manager tell me that my order is out of stock ??? which kind of service is this ???
Where is the authorized selling center? Dubai mall, city center and mall of emirates ???, why did not tell me from from day 1 ???, why it is still showing available online ???, and I spoke to Mr. Khaled who said he is a supervisor and Ms.
Fatin who said she is complaining department manager, unfortunately the policy and the way supervisor & manager handle cases is very very very very very very poor, and i will keep share my bad experience with each & everyone and everywhere, KINDLY RAISE THE BUDGET TO TRAIN YOUR MEA CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM. FROM MY SIDE IS A BIG ZERO STAR FOR MEA TEAM AND IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED

I bought Huawei matebook 16s about a month ago. Now I realized that Huawei online store has made a great campaign.
And I realized that I had suffered serious damage, so when I called the customer contact center, they stated that they could not do anything and did not file a complaint. They didn't care about me. I would not have thought that such a corporate company would cause financial loss to the customer. While there is a free tablet and extended warranty in the current campaign, in my campaign there was only a headset.
There is a difference of 2000 TL in sales price, but I have suffered a loss of approximately 7000-**** TL. I request Huawei to help me in this matter. Türkiye store was not interested in me. As an overseas headquarters, I ask for your help.
I couldn't benefit from a great campaign by a month and our country is in a bad economic situation. I want this campaign to be applied to me or to help me.

Keşke şarj soketi sorununa kulak tıkamasalardı, otomobil firmalarının kendi üretimlerinin hatası dolayısıyla arabaları bedava teknik servis hizmetinden faydalandırdığı ve servise çağırdığı gibi Huawei şarj soketi arızası yaşayan müşterilerine de yardımcı olsaydı.

I sent my Huawei Mate XS device, which I bought 1.5 years ago, to warranty because of the green line and touch problem that appeared on the screen 2 times. In both complaints, the screen was replaced and sent to me.
Finally, when I sent it again due to the green line and inking, I was informed that the screen was broken and that it would not be under warranty, and the price of 16,675 TL including VAT and labor was deducted. A dent occurs at the slightest pressure on the screen of the product. For example, when you put the phone in your pocket, if you have a key, lighter, etc. in your pocket, dents in the smallest print, then green line, and finally ink.
On the device that I have been using for 20 months, I have lived with the anxiety of not seeing anything on the screen every day, let me put it on a smooth surface, have I emptied my pockets etc.
I searched for a cover, the cover provided consists of a frame. The other is women's wallet. You are truly a disgrace.
While you were busy looking for a case for the device for 20 months, you found a good case to not put the device under warranty, thank you.
You sell premium device, you hide behind it. The table I encountered while waiting for a direct replacement because it went to the service 3 times with the same problem.
Really give up.
Today I asked for my product to be returned without repair. I will complain on all platforms in Turkey and in the world for having this beautiful product returned to me as it cannot be used in this way. They should not. The product is very nice, yes, but don't buy it.
As a citizen who owns Huawei's headphones and tablets, let me also state this.
I take my word back from the people I couldn't praise you until the last month. I ordered headphones from Huawei Shop 1 month ago, I bought the product without thinking about the color because you brought the phrase that it was returned for 15 days directly, without question. Then I wanted a color change. But they didn't do a refund either.
The reason is written in the description.
My brother, you put us in our eyes because there is a refund. I wish you had put the phrase "There is a special situation in this product, it is not possible to return it," and you would like it.
Huawei, you've been disappointed for 1 month.
